Dear Christophe –

We are writing you with appreciation for all your support during these ever-changing times. As the year moves towards the summer’s end, we want to inform you of the current state of affairs for the remainder of the 2020 MotoGP season.

We communicate regularly with DORNA, FIM, IRTA and our suppliers for updates, which we can pass on to our clients. Although not yet official, the opinion of the majority of the teams and circuits we have contacted is that the remaining MotoGP rounds will not permit spectators.

The current status of the 2020 MotoGP calendar is as follows:

Czech Republic – Proceeding without spectators.

Austria and Styria – Proceeding without spectators.

San Marino and Emilia Romagna – Spectator attendance yet to be confirmed.

France – Spectator attendance yet to be confirmed.

As we receive individual updates for each of the yet unconfirmed events, we will notify you via e-mail.

Most importantly, we want to help ensure that your experience is not lost. Presuming cooperation of our suppliers (which has been the case in all cancelled/postponed MotoGP events so far), we expect to be able to simply move your booking as it stands to the 2021 event.

If this does not work for you, then we will issue a credit voucher for the amount paid, to any other event we operate in 2020 or 2021. You will have plenty of time to make this decision; certainly this can wait until the 2021 MotoGP calendar is published. If you do already have an event in mind, just let us know by emailing.

Rest assured that we will do our best to assist you through this situation and we remain grateful for your patience and understanding.
